The question came from a consultant from UK and he wanted to know what were the biggest mistakes that new online marketers made when they first starting out.
Matt identified the biggest mistake was getting stuck in a learning acquisition mode, thereby postponing taking action in the business and delaying the influx of cash.
He explained that the best way to learn is by taking action even if that action is wrong. Only by making mistakes, people will learn what is the most effective way to make things work in the business.
